Our purpose at Team NP is simple: to keep people safe and to fight crime. But it takes more than officers and staff to do the job – that’s where our volunteers come in.  

We are one of the largest police forces in England, therefore we need a diverse range of skills and experience to deliver outstanding service to our communities. We are very proud of the commitment and dedication that all our volunteers bring, and we wouldn’t be the force we are today without them.
