Neighbourhood police officer

Neighbourhood officers tackle issues like car crime, anti-social behaviour and motorcycle disorder. This role is all about finding solutions, building trust, and creating safer streets for everyone.

Police community support officer (PCSO)

PSCOs are members of staff who focus on building relationships, reducing crime, and supporting vulnerable people. They’re a visible presence on our streets to build trust in communities.

Volunteer police officer

Also known as Special Constables, our volunteer officers have the same powers and uniform as regular officers. They support us to keep communities safe and tackle crime.
