People Services

The experiences at work of those responsible for delivering our services (whether they are serving officers, police staff or volunteers) influence, shape and ultimately define the quality of our delivery. It is therefore extremely important that our People Services department is focussed on embedding an inclusive culture, where people feel valued and fully engaged with everything that they do. We work as a team to deliver a value led employee experience where we are supportive, inclusive and committed to the highest professional standards.

The wellbeing of our people is always our first priority. Our wellbeing agenda extends across having a safe workplace, good physical and mental health, having meaningful work, professional development and above all a feeling of value and inclusion.
