This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity for 12 months.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a People Systems Coordinator.
This role will provide a comprehensive maintenance and configuration services for the People Services core systems and associated business processes to ensure the relevant, timeliness and accuracy of all aspects of workforce data is always guaranteed.
What will I be doing?
The job requires postholders to work as part of a team, manage demanding priorities and use high levels of judgement. In addition, you must demonstrate analytical capability when considering and challenging information. You will also facilitate the development and improvement of People Services core systems and processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, especially Microsoft Excel.
What do I need?
You will be required to configure and manage forcewide databases, produce and analyse data reports and ensure accurate information is available to support decision making and planning activities. You will liaise with other teams where necessary to ensure core systems are accurately maintained therefore, you must be an effective communicator, have a keen eye for detail and be flexible in your approach to work.
